Great service from the team at BSS, who went above and beyond. The inspection went well, the report was comprehensive and completed in very good time, at a very fair price. Following the report, and at BSS's advice, we applied for and received a historic Code of Compliance Certificate, which we didn't think we'd be able to do. This has added significantly to the value of the property and we're very grateful. The BSS team were professional and responsive, and answered a number of my rookie questions following the inspection. Highly recommend for professionalism, quality and responsiveness.
